Robot models for payloads up to 50 kg

Until now, the 'MZ' robot series from Nachi Europe included models with a maximum load capacity of 25 kg. The MZ35 and MZ50 models with new kinematics have now been developed for applications that require payloads of up to 50 kg.

These robot models have a reach of 2,102 mm. For HRC (human-robot collaboration) applications, the CMZ05 (image) is the first cobot version of the MZ robot series from Nachi Europe. At the same time, a further development focus was placed on shortening the cycle time: According to the manufacturer, the traversing speed of the six-axis robot models MZ07F, MZ07LF, MZ10F and MZ10LF has been increased by up to 30%, with an improved repeat accuracy of 0.015 mm.

The six-axis robots in the series have internally routed cables and hoses and are equipped with hollow wrists. Their high repeat accuracy enables the handling and positioning of a wide variety of components when loading and unloading machine tools, working with drills, milling cutters and deburring tools as well as when packaging products.
