Palletizer in all-electric version
Due to the increasing energy awareness and rethinking of the market, the AST palletizer from Hirata is also available without any pneumatic components on request.
According to the manufacturer, the installed axes and cylinders can be controlled more sensitively on Hirata 's energy-efficient palletizer in an all-electric version. Speeds and accelerations can be set precisely, making it possible to process sensitive trays and components. As the electric cylinders can also be used to approach different strokes, processing different tray variants is also no problem. Despite the modification of the overall concept and the use of new components, the familiar features of the model variant described remain the same - for example, the narrow design, fast tray changing time and an ergonomically comfortable loading and unloading position.
