Noux Node and Kuka Digital enter into strategic partnership
Kuka Digital, the newly established division of Kuka, has entered into a strategic partnership with Noux Node, a software provider based in Finland.
Noux Node is a software company that offers a Docker-based toolbox that enables industrial organizations to establish an edge layer between operational network equipment and global IT infrastructure. This IT/OT integration leverages modern IT solutions, including data visualization, optimization, AI/ML engines, backup and version management for OT devices. This enables industrial organizations to leverage IT and DevOps practices such as version control, continuous integration and continuous delivery of software. In addition, Noux Node enables optimized use of local and global IT infrastructure for applications based on artificial intelligence and machine learning.
As a software product, Noux Node expands Kuka Digital's portfolio. The collaboration enables joint customers to collect data and apply software packages, including security updates, in real production environments. In addition, the collaboration supports both companies in achieving their global growth targets.
