A robot only works as intelligently as the program that controls it. Until now, robots have often had to be reprogrammed on site and connected to the internet, a time-consuming process. The Stuttgart-based start-up TruPhysics offers a more time-efficient and cost-effective alternative and was awarded 3rd place in the Startup World Awards in the 'Industrial Automation' category. With its 'TruPhysics Simulation Suite', control programs for robots, including sensors and actuators, can be developed and tested realistically and in real time before the robot is commissioned. Production-related deviations and physical interactions, such as gripping processes, are taken into account.
