Yaskawa EuropeRobot factory officially opened in Slovenia
After around two years of construction, the Japanese technology group Yaskawa officially opened its new robot production facility and a new European robotics development center at its site in Kočevje, Slovenia, on 8 April in front of around 300 invited guests.

The GP series - here a view of the test field in the new factory - comprises compact handling robots for joining, packaging and general handling applications. "GP" stands for "General Purpose", i.e. for a wide range of applications.
