Compared to the previous year's model, 'NimbRo-OP2x' had a faster on-board computer and a more powerful graphics card to speed up parallel calculations for its visual perception. The team from Bonn also successfully completed all the tests in the technical competitions with their two Nimbro robots: kicking the ball over an obstacle (pictured), converting a corner kick, keeping its balance in the event of a bump and high jump.
