Dr. Lucian Dold in new position

Omron appoints Dr. Lucian Dold as Senior General Manager for Global Account Business Development.

Dr. Lucian Dold has worked for Omron in various positions for more than 20 years. During this time, he has been particularly committed to promoting global collaboration between end users and partners, as well as innovation and growth in the field of industrial automation. Through his network and in-depth industry knowledge, he has played a central role in the creation of new production standards globally.

In addition to his entrepreneurial responsibilities, Dr. Dold is a lecturer at the DHBW (Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University). Here, he teaches digitalization strategies for production and helps prepare the next generation of professionals for the dynamic landscape of Industry 4.0.

Dold holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Automation from Furtwangen University and a PhD in Business Administration from Middlesex University with a focus on digitalization, investment and digital transformation.
