Digitally optimized material flow
The driverless transport system 'EcoProFleet', specially developed by Dürr for paint shops, is used for the flexible transportation of car bodies.
Dürr 's transport system can pick up any model, from the smallest car to SUVs and pick-up trucks to special shapes such as truck cabins, place them in work stations or keep them ready during processing. It can be used productively for up to 24 hours at a time, as it does not need to recharge its energy storage overnight. Instead, it briefly connects to charging points along its routes - at points where the AGV comes to a stop anyway, such as when transferring a body to a work station. The short span is sufficient for the capacitors to recharge.
'DXQlogistics.control' is the appropriate software for the control logic of the automated guided vehicle system. The software can independently decide on the work step and the work station based on the body type and the defined process steps.
