The main specifications such as arm length and Z-axis stroke length as well as the maximum payload are identical to those of the YK-XE series and offer, for example, a working performance of 0.42 s for a standard cycle time with the YK510XEC. The robot is suitable, for example, for production lines for semiconductors and hard disk drives as well as in food and medical device plants.
