Wireless Wifi and 4G/LTE gateway
The Airwan from Acksys is a mobile router equipped with a dual-band Wi-Fi interface (2.4/5 GHz), a GNSS interface (GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, Beidou), a Gigabit Ethernet port and a Fast Ethernet port.
As a wireless Wifi and 4G/LTE gateway, the router available from Meilhaus provides remote access to industrial systems, enabling maintenance, critical application control and process monitoring, for example. It is also equipped with a fast roaming function (<30 ms), which allows it to transmit data to and from vehicles. The 2G, 3G, 4G cellular router with auto fallback has a Wi-Fi access point, client or repeater mode and is equipped with a mesh function for wireless connection of access points. It can also automatically switch between cellular and wifi. Advanced security functions such as VPN, firewall and radius ensure that the router sends field data (sensor data, remote I/O, image and video recordings) securely to the cloud. The device is shock and vibration resistant, ECE R10 E-tested and maintenance-free.
