Intelligent analysis of data
Baudis IoT from Baumüller is a system for process optimization and predictive maintenance of existing and new machines.
It is an IoT-capable diagnostic and communication system that enables the simple networking of machines and systems via the internet as well as the intelligent analysis of data. Baudis IoT is a further development of the 'Baudis' diagnostic system, which has been on the market for 20 years. The system can be used independently of the manufacturer of the automation components and sensors and can be easily retrofitted and upgraded. It is therefore equally suitable for digitizing new and existing production systems. It enables the continuous monitoring of automation, drive and machine components and displays their current status. It also makes it possible to record and analyze data and generate and issue a recommendation for action. The evaluation is carried out at all times using the latest available algorithms. In this way, the system is continuously made more intelligent and develops solutions independently with the help of algorithms (machine learning).
