Resistant to vibration and shock
Distec offers robust industrial TFT displays from the manufacturer Kaohsiung Opto-Electronics (KOE), which can be controlled using the 'Prisma' TFT controllers developed in-house.
Ready-to-connect industrial kit solutions with all the necessary accessories are available for easy commissioning. The TFT displays in KOE's Rugged series are resistant to vibration and shock and operate in a working temperature range between -40 and +85 °C.
According to Distec, the displays also offer high brightness and a wide viewing angle with IPS technology for good readability in bright ambient light and when viewed from the side. Zero Bright Dot is standard in the Rugged series. With Distec's 'VacuBond' optical bonding process, a protective glass can be applied to the display on request, which protects the display from dirt and damage caused by harsh operating conditions and makes cleaning the display easier.
