Quick overview in process monitoring

Akytec is expanding its range of compact process displays with the ITP15 LED bar graph display. The display shows analog input signals in a two-color ten-segment display from 0 to 100 %.

ITP15 operates with a linear voltage signal from 0 (2) to 10 V or a current signal from 0 (4) to 20 mA. The input signal is freely configurable. As the mounting part of the display is cylindrical, the device can be mounted vertically and horizontally and can be easily read in both directions thanks to the diagonal labeling of the scale.

The NPN transistor output enables two-point control of a low-voltage relay up to 42 V(DC)/200 mA. All display segments can light up in green or red depending on the input signal value and set alarm limits and can also flash in two frequencies. The NPN output can be switched on and off with the same alarm limits. The device is operated via three function buttons on the back. It is suitable for ambient temperatures from -40 to +60 °C and complies with protection class IP65.
