The embedded touch HMIs from Irlbacher do not necessarily have to be based on the shape of a display; thanks to the company's own technology, the entire surface can be used as a touch surface, regardless of whether it is made of glass, natural stone or laminate. Situation or application-related colored backlighting provides an overview. Disappearing effects make certain operating functions only visible depending on the situation. An encoder-like component that can be placed anywhere on the surface offers innovative design options. Its current setting is displayed on a freely configurable digital scale - permanently or only depending on the situation. Thanks to the wireless connection, protection classes up to IP68K can be achieved. An installation depth of 10 mm including cover glass is sufficient for the embedded touch HMIs. The HMIs do not necessarily have to be embedded in all-round protective corners, as special grinding techniques protect the glass edge. The glass touch HMIs are seawater-proof and resistant to high temperatures and cleaning agents.
