The industrial panel PCs from Noax are also available for use in hazardous areas with 15 or 19-inch displays. In certain environments, such as the pharmaceutical industry, it is particularly important that the industrial PCs do not represent a source of ignition. The Atex IPCs have been developed for these areas of application and are certified in accordance with Directive 94/9/EC. This means that the Ex-S15 and Ex-S19 industrial PCs can be used in zones 22 and 21. This allows information to be displayed directly at the workstation and data to be recorded quickly. Depending on the system requirements, various Intel CPUs up to Core i7 are used. Thanks to numerous interfaces such as USB 3.0, RS 232 and LPT as well as the flexible use of PCI and PCIe, the industrial PCs can be expanded and adapted to the environment. The RAM can also be upgraded to 16 GB. They comply with IP6x protection classes and are easy to operate thanks to the robust touchscreen.
