Digital displays for Profinet networks
The new digital displays presented by Siebert can be controlled via Profinet. The product range extends from compact devices in a built-in housing to large displays for indoor and outdoor use and reading distances of up to 100 m.
The brilliantly illuminated LEDs from Siebert are available in various colors. The large displays have robust sheet steel housings in an industrial design. They are also available with stainless steel housings for applications with special surface finish requirements. All series have an integrated switch in accordance with conformity class CC-C and thus enable integration into systems with IRT communication. Parameterization is carried out entirely in an engineering framework. The text displays of the 'SX502' and 'SX602' series are parameterized in an intuitive menu.
In addition to digits, the numeric displays can also show letters and special characters that can be displayed with seven segments. An intelligent smart dot function automatically shifts the decimal point, for example, so that the value before the decimal point is displayed in full and the decimal places are either truncated or rounded. If adjustable threshold values are exceeded or not reached, the display mode can be changed automatically.
