Change of baton at the top of the company
Jürgen Kern, shareholder of the NetModule Group since 2001 and CEO since 2003, will retire from the operational management of the company on August 1, 2021 and move to the Board of Directors.
Kern is handing over the management of the group of companies to Remo Viscardi, who has been COO at NetModule since the beginning of 2019 and has been preparing for this step in the meantime. As the new CEO, Viscardi brings with him many years of management experience at various communications companies, particularly in the development of international businesses.
As a member of the Board of Directors, Kern will focus on the strategic development of NetModule. "I have been toying with the idea of withdrawing from active day-to-day business and devoting myself to strategic tasks for some time," explains Jürgen Kern. "In Remo Viscardi, we have found an excellent successor who will continue to write NetModule's success story."
