Escha Group with sixth record year in a row

The Escha Group closed the 2018 financial year with record figures. The connection technology manufacturer recorded growth of 14% compared to 2017.

Consolidated Group sales amounted to EUR 77 million. The previous year's record was also broken in terms of incoming orders. For the family-owned company, which employs around 900 people worldwide, these figures represent the sixth record year in a row.

Commenting on the current financial year, Marco Heck, Managing Director of the Escha Group, says: "We are seeing the first signs of consolidation in 2019. But at a high level. We are therefore planning for growth in the high single-digit percentage range."

According to the company, the successful development of recent years has its origins in all regions that Escha serves in terms of sales. Particularly positive growth trends have been in the renewables and transportation sectors. However, according to Marco Heck, the evolution of industry with headlines such as 'Industry 4.0', 'IoT' or 'batch size 1' is also driving business.
