PXI-Express on Board

The PXIe-4081 is a digital multimeter from National Instruments with 7½ digits, which also functions as an isolated digitizer with up to 1.8 MS/s and features PXI Express technology. The digital multimeter offers an accuracy of 15 ppm for DC voltage measurements.

It enables voltage measurements in the nanovolt to 1 kilovolt range as well as resistance measurements from micro- to giga-ohms. The configuration of the shunt resistor offers eight ranges for direct current measurement from 1 µA to 3 A and six ranges for alternating current measurement (effective) from 100 µA to 3 A. Only one 3U PXI slot is occupied.
For high-throughput applications, the isolated digitizer mode enables the acquisition of DC-coupled signal curves in all voltage and current ranges with a maximum sampling rate of 1.8 MS/s. By changing the sampling rate, the digitizer resolution can also be adjusted between 10 and 23 bits, depending on the desired combination of speed and accuracy.
An interactive soft front panel allows you to perform simple measurements and troubleshoot automated applications.
