The cameras from Teledyne Flir offer advanced recording, triggering and synchronization functions, including the ability to adjust the focus remotely. The raw data can be stored directly in the camera on an SSD and transferred from there to an external computer, where it can be processed and analyzed with 'Research Studio' or with 'Science Camera SDK'. Long-term recordings are also supported. According to the provider, this function makes external high-speed data recording systems superfluous for many applications. Each camera has a dedicated trigger input on the back and a tri-level sync input that allows easy access to all recording and synchronization methods across multiple camera units and types.
