Insulation pre-test and automatic test function

The installation testers of the '1660 series' from Fluke prevent damage to devices in electrical installations. The Fluke 1664 FC offers an insulation pre-test function that detects whether a device is connected to an electrical system under test during the insulation test.

This insulation pre-test prevents accidental and costly damage to peripheral devices.
In addition, the installation tester is equipped with an automatic test function that performs five test functions required for installation testing in a single sequence and ensures compliance with local standards and regulations for electrical installations and the RCDs used in them. The device features wireless data transmission. Test results obtained with the tester can be wirelessly transmitted to the 'Fluke Connect App' on smartphones or tablets and automatically uploaded to the 'Fluke Cloud' storage, eliminating transmission errors. Electricians and technicians can collaborate with colleagues in real time via 'ShareLive' video calls.
