Flexible monitoring with measuring amplifier
According to the manufacturer, the '5073B' charge amplifier from Kistler offers users a high degree of flexibility thanks to its individually configurable data acquisition and the internal calculation and weighting of multiple sensor signals.
The charge amplifier also offers the option of carrying out threshold value monitoring and keeping an eye on process values during production. This allows maintenance and repairs to be carried out at an early stage and in a targeted manner before failures occur. Users can intervene at an early stage and are protected from unnecessary inspections and repairs. The amplifier from Kistler is suitable for highly sensitive processes in the fields of micromechanics, medical technology and the semiconductor industry thanks to its wide measuring range from 20 picocoulombs.
