Process data at a glance
The process data module from Proxia Software stores, evaluates and visualizes temperatures, pressures or speeds and is therefore intended to provide a further building block for the Smart Factory.
According to the manufacturer, the module securely stores all relevant process parameters. It does not matter whether the data is stored in a central location or in distributed databases. This data pool can be used to view large periods of time and identify trends, for example. The information gained from this is not only important for employees in production, but also in maintenance; the data pool provides additional assistance in troubleshooting and optimizing production systems. Furthermore, the process data supports employees in quality assurance: in the event of quality deviations occurring, the respective causes can be determined more quickly. The process data can be used to identify triggers for faults and initiate appropriate measures. It can also form the data basis for automated decision-making processes.
