MES technologies for the smart factory
Software manufacturer Industrie Informatik is expanding the classic, modular MES into an integrative manufacturing platform.
According to Industrie Informatik, the manufacturing platform called Cronetworld enables the integration of all relevant systems on the store floor. The familiar features of the 'Cronetwork' modules are enhanced by the possibilities of the 360° manufacturing platform 'Cronetworld'. It takes over the integrative work and fully networks the relevant components from the store floor and software level. The basis for this is an open interface and communication level that enables the connection of peripheral and external systems. It is also possible to call up functions and logics from neighboring systems that are located in the MES and use them outside the direct MES user interface.
