Graphical test data and fault recording

The company Guardus has updated and expanded its MES solution: The focus is on intuitive applications for mobile action management, graphical inspection/defect data handling and checklist recording.

One new feature is the intelligent function for mobile, graphical inspection data and defect recording. If the store floor employee discovers a deviation during an inspection during production, they call up the corresponding image from the inspection order and mark the affected item. Guardus MES then automatically sets a graphical visualization, while the user can assign the textual description via a predefined error catalog. Instead of following predefined work steps, users can also use the checklist entry function to work through the inspection steps individually and, above all, on the move and tick them off in a checklist. Additionally stored online documents and drawings provide information on special instructions, while scanning options make it easier to record the product ID.
