Cloud-based service for system monitoring
Yokogawa Electric has launched OpreX Asset Health Insights. This cloud-based asset monitoring service collects, processes and aggregates operating data from distributed assets.
The service enables a real-time connection to the facilities from any location and offers companies a 360° view of their operating facilities. This facilitates asset management. The service is supported by an out-of-the-box framework for data collection. This service makes it easy to model and manage data based on the asset hierarchy defined in the ISA-95 standard. The service is supported by the Yokogawa Cloud1 and has an artificial intelligence and machine learning analysis function. Any type of plant can be monitored, from sensors to pumps, chillers, compressors and turbines. The service connects to newer and older sensor types, including sensors for pressure, flow, temperature and vibration.
