New Vice President and Market Leader GSA & Eastern Europe
Ileana Honigblum has been Vice President and Market Leader GSA (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) & Eastern Europe at Aveva, a global provider of industrial software, since the beginning of the year.
In her new role, Honigblum will ensure the implementation of Aveva 's growth strategy and be responsible for almost 200 employees in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Eastern Europe. She replaces Awraam Zapounidis, who has held this position since October 2020. Honigblum will report to Jesus Hernandez, the newly appointed Senior Vice President EMEA, who took over from Evgeny Fedotov in January 2025. Previously, Jesus Hernandez was Senior Vice President Global Accounts at Aveva.
Argentinian-born Ileana Honigblum started her journey in the technology industry 25 years ago in her home country. Over the past 18 years, she has continued this in Germany, managing successful transformation projects for large companies including IBM and
Aveva is headquartered in Cambridge, UK, and employs over 6,400 people at 90 locations in more than 40 countries.
