Jan Stoces is the new Chief Growth Officer
Aimtec, headquartered in Pilsen, Czech Republic, is further expanding its presence in global markets. One strategically important market is the DACH region, for which Jan Stoces will be responsible in future.
As Chief Growth Officer, Jan Stoces (41) will be responsible for and coordinate all activities of the consulting and software company Aimtec in DACH, including customer support at management level, together with a German-speaking team. The C-level manager will also be involved in the company's strategy in other foreign markets.
His other responsibilities include sales support and cooperation with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), the Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHK) as well as partners, clusters and universities. Stoces has been part of the Aimtec team for many years and held various positions before his appointment as Chief Growth Officer. For the past five years, he was Head of the Integration Business Unit and Customer Support.

Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Pilsen, Czech Republic, the company employs over 260 people and supports the global manufacturing and logistics industry in its digital transformation. On the one hand, Aimtec focuses on the integration and automation of processes - through intuitive and easily configurable software solutions for MOM, MES, WMS, OMS, MMS, JIS/JIT, ERP & SAP as well as EDI and SAP. Secondly, Aimtec pursues a special consulting approach that aims to empower companies for digital transformation - by sharing industry expertise and providing training, documentation and support. The company generated a turnover of 20 million euros in 2023.
