Uwe Claus is the new Managing Director
Since December 1, 2018, Uwe Claus (second from left) has been the new Managing Director of Italian automation specialist Camozzi Automation in Albershausen. He has taken over from Tilman Bechem, who has represented the Camozzi Group since 1981.
According to Camozzi Automation, Tilman Bechem will continue to be available as a member of the management team. According to the company, his successor Uwe Claus has many years of experience in the industry. According to official statements from the automation specialist, his main objectives are to ensure continuity in customer service and to expand Camozzi Automation's growth strategy. In addition to Claus, the management team includes Lodovico Camozzi (President / Managing Director) and Marco Camozzi (Managing Director of the Automation Division).
Founded in 1964, the Camozzi Group is today an internationally active manufacturer of components and systems for industrial automation, large machine tools and textile machinery. The Group is divided into five divisions and has 17 production sites with 2,600 employees. Camozzi is represented in 75 countries worldwide with 30 subsidiaries.
