Jürgen Lampert is the new Vice President Europe
At the beginning of September 2017, RS Components appointed Jürgen Lampert as the new Vice President Central Europe. Lampert has been with the company for a total of 14 years.
Jürgen Lampert, an "old acquaintance" for the entire region and especially for the German market, is taking the helm in the Central Europe region. This includes the markets in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as the Benelux countries, Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary. Lampert's roots lie in German sales. In addition to managing the company in Germany, he has also held management positions in Central Europe. Lampert also has references on the global stage: he worked for RS Components in the Asia-Pacific region for five years. In 2015, he was entrusted with the management of this region based in Hong Kong.
At the beginning of his career, Lampert took on various roles for Hilti (Schaan) AG in the Principality of Liechtenstein after completing his marketing diploma in St. Gallen (Switzerland). In addition to Switzerland, these roles took him to the United Kingdom and Germany, where he became divisional manager. Before joining RS Components, Lampert was Managing Director of a Germany-wide wholesaler for tools.
