Siemens - 3rd quarter 2018Incoming orders grow, sales stagnate
In the third quarter of 2018, Siemens recorded double-digit growth in order intake, while sales stagnated. Particularly good business in the 'Digital Factory' division offset losses in the 'Power and Gas' division.

In the 'Energy Management' division, a low volume of major orders in the transmission solutions business had a noticeable impact. In terms of sales, the growth is primarily due to increases in the high- and low-voltage technology and transmission solutions businesses. In regional terms, there was a strong increase in Asia and Australia.
