Due to a number of major orders, including an order worth EUR 0.7 billion for diesel-electric locomotives (including a long-term service contract) in the USA and two orders in Germany worth EUR 0.4 billion and EUR 0.3 billion respectively for regional multiple units, the Mobility segment recorded a very strong increase in order intake. Sales revenue was almost on a par with the previous year. The division operated at a high level of profitability, partly held back by the timing of major train projects.
