Change of leadership heralded
The previous management duo of Heitec, CEO Richard Heindl and his chief representative Johannes Feldmayer, will retire from the management of Heitec AG to the management of Heitec Holding as of December 31, 2022.
With effect from January 1, 2023, Mr. Michael Frieß (46) was unanimously elected as the new Chairman of the Management Board by the Supervisory Board. The mechatronics engineer has been with the company for 22 years, the last 15 of which he has spent in various management roles. Frieß was appointed to the Management Board of Heitec AG in July of this year with responsibility for automation and digitalization.
Heitec is a provider in the fields of automation, digitalization and electronics and offers solutions, products and services. The company employs more than 1,000 people at numerous locations in Germany and abroad.
