In addition to the 24-inch version, a 19-inch control with a more compact touchscreen and full range of functions and the 'TNC7 basic' from Heidenhain with a 16-inch touchscreen for 3+2-axis machines will also be available in future. The 'TNC7 basic' also offers a comprehensive package of options with typical features such as graphical 6D set-up MAS, collision monitoring DCM or OCM whirling milling cycles. Users can operate all functions on the control's touchscreen by tapping, swiping and zooming, just like on a smartphone or tablet. Context-sensitive menus and a cross-mode operating concept provide additional support. Three versions of the control unit with control panel are available: 24, 19 and 16 inches, all with the same Full HD resolution for the screens. For the two more compact versions, there is also a compact machine control panel with the most important function keys as an alternative to the large control panel with full keyboard.
