Spectra enters into strategic partnership

Spectra has announced a strategic partnership with Voice Inter Connect. The aim: to promote innovative operating concepts such as voice control.

The combination of modern PC hardware from Spectra with the algorithm and software expertise of Voice Inter Connect is intended to take current innovation topics in the industrial environment to a new level - such as IoT, voice control, assistance systems, data analytics and machine learning. The Voice Inter Connect team from Dresden consists of hardware and software developers, speech processing specialists, computer linguists and acousticians. With their help, Spectra aims to offer products and solutions with added value by designing and implementing customized sensors, network and processing units (private servers) as well as flexible, user-centric operating concepts for machines and systems.

In addition to hardware, network technology and installation support, the collaboration will also enable Spectra customers to benefit from consulting and integration support for intercom solutions, voice and video transmission, evaluation and storage.

"Products and solutions from Voice Inter Connect will offer our customers decisive competitive advantages, particularly at the human-machine interface in cooperative automation concepts," comments Harald Lang, company founder and President of the Spectra Group.
