Digital innovations start-up competitionSpecial prize on the topic of Industry 4.0 for the first time
The 'Start-up Competition - Digital Innovations' is entering its second round in 2017: start-ups with creative ideas from the communications and information technology (ICT) sector can now apply. This time, the BMWi is awarding a special Industry 4.0 prize.

Inreal Technologies develops and distributes products for virtual reality in which users can test existing products and rooms. At the heart of the system are video goggles for three-dimensional visual impressions and components that enable navigation and interaction in virtual space. The aim is to provide a "walking simulator" with which the movements of the user's own body can be captured and transferred to the virtual world. This allows the user to move intuitively in virtual reality. According to the founders, the technology can be transferred to different areas of application, including architecture and computer games, but also to trade fairs.
