Janz Tec offers the MDE:connect hardware-software solution package for flexible machine data acquisition in digitalized production.
The availability of process data should make it possible to implement applications such as control stations, big data analytics, predictive maintenance or KPI monitoring. Janz Tec is implementing the necessary solution for the protocol-independent connection of heterogeneous industrial controllers together with its partner verlinked, which is the software provider of the integrated connect gateway. This connect gateway turns the Janz Tec systems into interpreters in the Industry 4.0 world. Whether from CAN to OPC-UA or from Profinet to MQTT: every translation task can be configured via a web-based interface. As soon as a package arrives in one format, the IoT gateway automatically translates it into the required format. According to the manufacturer, future changes can be made with just a few mouse clicks. With CAN, OPC-UA, S7Com, MODBUS and others, the software already supports a large number of industry-relevant interfaces.
