The implementation of the human-robot collaboration by the 'CoAware' team from the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia was the most convincing for the jury: In the Italian team's project, robots are designed to ergonomically support humans in complex industrial processes and guide them through their work tasks in order to relieve them and prevent injuries. The robot monitors the dynamics and posture of humans in real time while they work together and adapts accordingly.
