The Siemens figures in detail: Q4 and the full year 2019

The strong order intake continued in the fourth quarter, mainly due to a considerable year-on-year increase in the volume of major orders. Significant growth was recorded at 'Gas and Power' and 'Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE)', together with substantial growth at 'Smart Infrastructure' and 'Siemens Healthineers'. Overall, the very strong development in revenue resulted from increases in all industrial businesses, led by double-digit percentage growth at Siemens Healthineers and SGR.
