TurboMate E1 from Industrial Computer Source is a Windows-based IoT watch, also known as an "IoT wearable". The bright 1.54-inch TFT LCD with 320 x 320 pixel resolution allows users to capture information at a glance. It can be operated via a capacitive touchscreen or voice message. The processing intelligence behind the wearable is a Qualcomm 1.3 GHz APG8009 CPU with 1 Gbyte RAM and 8 Gbyte flash memory. The 5 MP camera with autofocus can also be used as a barcode scanner, depending on the software. Wireless communication options are available via Wi-Fi, NFC and Bluetooth. Signals can be received via vibration, LCD on or signal tone. With 430 mAh, the battery lasts about a day. The IoT watch is also equipped with GPS, biosensor and accelerometer. According to the provider, the robust housing can also withstand difficult environmental influences and offers all-round IP67 protection.
