Tesys island from Schneider Electric is a digital load management system that, according to the provider, makes machines smarter, reduces downtime and increases productivity. The networked system integrates digital multifunctional motor starters into the machine control system and enables quick installation and configuration of low-voltage loads. At the same time, end-to-end digitalization simplifies the direct control and management of these loads. With a catalog of 40 'Tesys' avatars, which are similar to a digital twin of the devices and represent a set of pre-configured functions, the system allows intuitive customization of the machines. Integrated into the 'EcoStruxure Machine' solution architecture, the load management system helps to minimize machine downtime. In the event of unusual load behavior, pre-alarms are generated and diagnostic data is made available to technical personnel. Operators can also access this information remotely and initiate prompt action by the maintenance team. Data on device status, energy consumption and the protection of specific applications is also permanently available.
