News from Siemens at the Hannover Messe 2019
At Hannover Messe 2019, Siemens will be presenting new applications for Sinumerik Edge, the machine-oriented platform specifically for the machine tool industry, as part of Siemens Industrial Edge. On display will be the Edge application Analyze MyWorkpiece /Capture, which enables the recording of real-time data relating to workpiece machining, as well as the specially adapted CNC store floor management application Analyze MyWorkpiece /Toolpath, which can be used to visualize and analyze the recorded data. Siemens is also presenting Analyze MyMachine /Condition, an edge application for monitoring the condition of machine tools. With the new edge application Analyze MyWorkpiece /Capture, users of machine tools can record all data relating to the workpiece, tool and tool path in high temporal resolution.
