The 'Wienet' WLAN access point from Wieland Electric has been specially developed for industrial applications. The robust modules are optimized for DIN rail mounting. Wienet AP-ETH-A supports WLAN standard IEEE 802.11n/g/b and Ethernet 10/100 BaseT. The modules are available both with an integrated antenna and with the option of connecting an external antenna. They have a low power consumption and, according to the provider, offer an easy-to-use and integrated parameterization interface.
