The DMU 02 Vario FG pressure transmitter from Afriso can be used universally thanks to its wide range of electrical connections, output signals and customer and industry-specific process connections. The measuring device is suitable for harsh environmental conditions and is robust against impacts, pulsations and vibrations. Direct welding of the measuring cell to the process connection eliminates the need for seals. With open process connection variants, no hydraulic transmission medium is required, making the transmitter particularly suitable for oil and grease-free applications as well as for gas and fluid pressure measurements. If flush pressure connections are required in the process, a second diaphragm is placed upstream of the measuring cell. Depending on the application, the Vario diaphragm systems are filled with the appropriate transmission fluids and also hermetically sealed by welding. Diffusion of the measuring medium into the system or of the transmission fluid out of the system is not possible. The transmitters are suitable for electronic through-measurement in the measuring ranges -1/0 bar to 0/600 bar. They can withstand medium temperatures from -10 to +125 °C and supply 4 to 20 mA or 0 to 10 V output signals. They are supplied with 9 to 32 V(DC), whereby the zero point can be corrected externally via a permanent magnet after the supply voltage has been applied within a certain time window.
