The Raspberry Pi is particularly popular with younger people: 56% of the 18 to 35 age group and 56% of the 35 to 44 age group have already used the single-board computer. According to Reichelt Elektronik, the acceptance among younger people is also due to the fact that the Raspberry Pi was originally designed for pupils and students to teach them programming. But over time, older electronics fans have also discovered the developer board for themselves, as the survey results confirm. This is because the Raspberry Pi is also used by electronics hobbyists over 45: 39% of 45 to 54-year-olds use the Raspberry Pi and a still impressive 22% of the 55+ age group do so.
