Philipp Grube (18) from Immanuel-Kant-Gymnasium in Bad Oeynhausen won first prize of 3,000 euros for his toilet of the future. In public toilet facilities, digital access controls with automated entry and exit prevent congestion in the toilet room. The doors open without touching the door handles and the washbasins are also sensor-controlled.
