Digiline is a bus-compatible connection system for digital sensors in liquid analysis from Jumo. The range has been expanded to include sensors for conductive (CR) and inductive (Ci) measurement of electrolytic conductivity. Digiline makes it possible to operate up to six digital sensors on the 'Aquis touch S (P)' transmitter and up to 62 on the 'mTtron T' measurement, control and automation system. This enables both the operation of individual measuring points and the creation of extensive sensor networks. The conductivity measurement devices complement the Digiline sensor portfolio, which currently covers pH, redox, temperature, dissolved oxygen, turbidity and water disinfection parameters such as free chlorine. Variants are available for all water qualities - from ultra-pure water in pharmaceutical/water for injection (WFI) quality with conductance values from 0.05 µS/cm to measurements in highly concentrated liquids up to 2000 mS/cm. The Digiline CR/Ci sensors are available with integrated electronics or a remote electronic head and cable connection. The interface is RS485 with extended Modbus protocol. A digital version with an IO-Link interface is available at the same time as the Modbus version.
