The true color sensors in the colorSensor CFO series from Micro-Epsilon are designed for high-precision color measurements. Thanks to the firmware update 1.4.20, the CFO200 models can now be operated with a measuring frequency of up to 30 kHz. In addition, the web interface has been optimized so that users can access a three-panel projection display of the colour spaces as well as new functions. The CFO100 and CFO200 true color sensors detect all colors and minimal color differences in quality control, painting technology, automation technology, packaging technology, surface marking or printing technology, among others. Thanks to the reproducibility of ∆E ≤ 0.3, even the finest color gradations can be reliably detected, according to the manufacturer.
