With the web-based Wittenstein Service Portal, Wittenstein alpha presents for the first time a value-added service offering that is individually tailored to the needs of fitters, commissioning engineers, maintenance technicians and service engineers. All standard products from Wittenstein alpha, Wittenstein cyber motor and the start-up Galaxie can be viewed via the product-specific service portal website from November 2019. All relevant product information such as technical data, video tutorials, documentation, add-on and accessory components, successor products and other services can be accessed there throughout the entire life cycle. With the integrated gearboxes with 'Cynapse', i.e. with an integrated sensor module and IO-Link interface, as well as with Smart Services, the service portal also builds a bridge to the use of Wittenstein components in the IIoT environment.
