The Camozzi D series valve terminal makes it possible to read out the function and wear of some parts of the solenoid valves. This data acquisition and preventive diagnostics system can be used, for example, to record the current consumption and thus any overheating of the solenoid coils. The operating status data can be transmitted to the PLC via cable or to the cloud via WLAN and IIoT gateway. According to the manufacturer, the valve terminal offers a high flow rate with compact dimensions; the 10 mm and 25 mm widths cover all areas of industrial applications.
